Four Winds is a central hub for explorers and entrepreneurs of the dreamscape (as well as occasional Earth agents) to relax, find haven, exchange information and goods, and bounce thrilling ideas off old friends. It's located on the Moon of Gate and was fashioned from the refurbished hall of a Ranger battleship set atop an ancient stone castle. The proprietor, Max, books the finest smooth jazz in the world to ensure your stay is as mesmerizing as it is memorable.

A Wrinkled DreamscapeThe three travelers, Dan, Max, and Lynda, have a talent for finding ways into other worlds. Half the time, they have no idea where a wrinkle with lead, and there are several different ways hop around. Doors, portals, wrinkles, mists ... take your pick, but each one is a little different.
A door is a fixed place and often leads to another fixed place in the dreamscape. A wrinkle is an anomaly that some can sense. They can sometimes be seen, but other times they can only be sensed by a sensitive. All three explorers are sensitives. It's an odd skill to be able to slide into a wrinkle as they are seemingly random and could drop you anywhere. A portal is like a door/wrinkle combination. It can be summoned or created in different places. Depending on the type, it could lead to a specific place ... or it could drop you anywhere. |
